Learn More About How We Started and Who We Are!

Hi! We’re Andrea and Chris and we’re so glad you’re here. We met working together in hospitality in San Francisco back in 2012 and fell in love. Family and work brought us to Sonoma County in 2018 and we’ve been exploring the outdoors, food, and wine together ever since.

Chris is an avid outdoor person who loves to learn and do a little bit of everything. While he’s ridden bikes all his life, Chris fell in love with cycling while training for the California AIDS/Lifecycle ride in early 2020. After spending the last 7 years in software engineering he was ready for a change and Bike Tour Sonoma was born. Chris runs the day-to-day operation, scouts the bike routes, and makes sure everything works in tip-top shape.

Andrea on the other hand, did not grow up riding bikes. She famously booked a bike tour of Versailles without really knowing how to ride a bike… all this to say, she’s come a long way in her biking journey and now thinks e-bikes are SO much fun. You’ll find Andrea in the shop on the weekends, eagerly sharing her favorite post-ride cocktail and snack spots.
